Phil has been the Club Chairman since forever, and has been playing just about the longest of all the current Phoons. Phil has been responsible for some useful recruiting: Nico, Tim, Pete, etc. He sat out the O5/06 season after tearing his knee in the last game of the 04/05 season, but came back hung around the ruck in 06/07, waiting for the call "Give the pill to Phill".
